2026 Summer Training Schedule

Welcome to the 2026 Camas XC Summer Training Program. This page connects every week of training leading into the official cross country season.

About Summer Training

Summer training is about consistency, team culture, building endurance gradually, and preparing for a successful fall season. Athletes should communicate with coaches if they have questions about mileage, injuries, recovery, or scheduling.

All summer practices are optional. We know many families schedule vacations, camps, work opportunities, and other summer activities. Our goal is simply to provide as many opportunities for training, growth, and team connection as possible throughout the summer.
